In your monthly rates, what do you mean by 4 or 5 week months?

When I talk about 4 or 5 weeks in a month , I mean repeating days in a month. For example, in the month of May 2016, there were 5 Mondays; but in April 2016 there were only 4 Mondays. Depending on the blogging schedule we agree upon for example you would like me to have the blogs sent to you or published every Monday, then we can see how each month would look like whether it would be a month with “4 weeks” or “5 weeks” worth of blog posts.
